T&C’s
The Owner
Always Stylish is owned by Lisa O’Shaughnessy Limited a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 06776678. The registered address is 38 Carnarvon road, EN5 4LU, United Kingdom.
The Client
The Client is understood to be over the age of 18 or a minor with written parental consent. The owner reserves the right to check that the client meets the necessary requirements to contract and if not, to refrain from providing the service.
Appointments
Personal styling hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (last appointment starts at 3:00 PM) for London-based clients. Start times may vary for clients outside of London.
Saturday: Between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Sunday appointments may be offered if feasible, subject to a 20% surcharge.
Repeat clients are defined as individuals who have used Always Stylish's services within the past 2 years.
Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment. Until payment is received, the owner reserves the right to offer the appointment to other clients.
Payment Terms
To secure an appointment, the following payment terms apply:
Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance: Advance full payment is required in at the time of booking.
Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance: A deposit of £325 is required, with the balance due 2 weeks before the appointment.
Specific cases: Full payment is always required in advance for a 2-hour in-person shopping session or for Saturday or Sunday appointments, regardless of the booking timeframe.
Extra Hour: Additional hours are payable within 24 hours following the appointment.
The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the appointment.
The deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
The deposit is applied toward the total service cost, which must be paid in full 2 weeks before the appointment date.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
To cancel an appointment, kindly provide a notice of 48 hours or more. The owner retains the right to levy a rescheduling fee of £50. However, cancellations due to illness, injury, or pregnancy are exempt from this charge.
The owner reserves the right to cancel the appointment if the client cancels more than once, without refund.
If the owner unfortunately has to cancel an appointment, the owner will offer to reschedule or to refund your money- within 24 hours. All refunds go directly back to the purchaser. Full payments are not refunded once a date has been booked in.
Method Of Payment
You can pay by Debit, Credit Card or PayPal through the website. Alternatively the owner will take BACS transfer, International BACS transfer, Wise and Western Union. Reasonable care is taken, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part the owner cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if our third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
Gift Vouchers
Personal styling gift experiences are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are available during the following times:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (last appointment starts at 3:00 PM) for London-based clients. Start times may vary for clients outside of London.
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as pregnancy or serious illness. After the initial 12-month validity period, a rescheduling fee of £125 will apply if no exceptional circumstances.
Specific days, dates or times cannot be guaranteed unless booked in advance.
If the recipient of a personal styling gift voucher finds it unsuitable, a refund may be requested within 28 days of purchase, subject to a £50 administration fee. Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
More than 28 days have passed since the date of purchase.
The recipient has contacted Lisa O’Shaughnessy to initiate the booking process.
A date has already been scheduled for the styling session.
The recipient of the gift voucher unless a minor is the styling client. All information is between the owner and the styling client will not be shared without the recipients agreement.
Online E-Styling
When engaging in online styling services, the client acknowledges that the style suggestions provided are based on the information they have shared. If the recommended items do not fit or suit the client upon arrival, alternative products can be suggested.
If the client is dissatisfied with the styling images provided, this will be discussed with Lisa O’Shaughnessy to determine whether adjustments to the looks are appropriate.
The client understands that the stylist’s role is to use their expertise to propose ideas and styles that the client may not have considered or visualised for themselves.
Covid
If you are required to quarantine due to contracting Covid your appointment will be rescheduled with no extra cost.
Third-Party Services
Occasionally, third-party companies such as couriers or alteration services may be engaged to facilitate the delivery or modification of items for clients. While Lisa O'Shaughnessy takes care in recommending or co-ordinating such services, any issues, damages, delays, or errors arising from the actions of these third parties are beyond her control and are not her responsibility. Clients are encouraged to review the terms and policies of these third-party providers when engaging their services.
Travel Expenses
Additional travel fares for Wardrobe Edit sessions at your home apply if you are based outside of London Zone 1-5. These will usually include a train fare (Off Peak) and should a taxi be required.
Belongings
Clients are responsible for their belongings during the course of a personal shopping experience. Lisa O’Shaughnessy does not accept responsibility for any lost property during the course of style and shopping sessions.
Post-Session Support
After your personal styling session, you are welcome to reach out with any questions within 1 month. You can contact Lisa O’Shaughnessy via text, email, or WhatsApp. Please note that Lisa is unable to take phone calls or conduct conversations during client appointments.
Kindly be aware that advice will not be provided on items purchased independently by the client after the session.
Bespoke Clothing
A deposit of 50% is required for the owner to start your brief. Balance of payment is due when you receive the finished garment. After the design and fabric have been agreed on, any design changes to the brief instigated by the client are subject to additional payments.
